I've always been fascinated by good storytelling and the ability of the storyteller to captivate an audience. In my previous life working in different fundraising departments at various nonprofits, I spent a lot of my time telling many stories about why one should care about others not having enough food to eat or not having a safe place to sleep at night. Not to mention the life-changing impact one could have on those affected.

I had spent many years telling the stories of different missions and causes to others - causes that I deeply cared about. But deep down I was craving creativity, so I decided it was time for me to enter the world of UX and tell the stories of experiences instead. 

The stories that are told though human-centered design will always help users live more empowering and fulfilling lives. This is how you know the problem has been solved. Much like the design process, I'm continuously iterating on my life's processes, and this is what makes me get up in the morning.
